We always have a good experience at Rising Stars. They are very patient with my kiddos--who both sometimes feel really uncomfortable at the dentist/doctor. We always get good feedback and tips about best practices for teeth brushing, too.They've been great at identifying any additional care needs, like for the expander and partial braces one of my children needed, and for the removal of an "extra" tooth (genetic luck of the draw!) that my other child will need this summer.Thanks Rising Stars!

My girls left there and said they actually like going to the dentist now. They appreciated that all the staff communicated with them, made them feel comfortable and are excited to go back.My biggest fear was with my two year old, she was nervous coming in but she watched her sisters go first, so when it came to her turn she was still a bit hesitant but Dr.V and the dental assistants did their thing. She was so proud to show her sisters her teeth afterwards.(2yr old did lap exam but sat in sister’s chair while her other sister got her teeth exam. Made her feel like a BIG GIRL)

They are great with the kids, explaining everything they are doing with enough detail that it’s not scary. They are compassionate and patient with patients. My son is almost 19 and has been going to Rising Stars in Steiner Ranch since he could go to a dentist. I called to schedule an appt and found out they moved to Cedar Park which is too far. I asked for his dental records so I can have when I find a new dentist. Well, the Steiner location was bought so hence I guess why they moved. AND, THEY CANNOT FIND HIS RECORDS, HIS NAME NOR DOB! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!!?? I MEAN REALLY? YOU HAVE LOST YEARS OF RECORDS.Dr Despot, Who purchased the Cedar Park/Austin rising stars personally reached out to me and has done everything possible to assist me in finding my sons dental records. He has been over the top and even offered a free cleaning. He understands my frustration and is still trying to find out what happened to his records.

The staff is amazing! My son is autistic and is hesitant to any unfamiliar face touching him. But the staff explained every little detail about the procedure step by step and answered all my questions also in detail. From the moment we walked in to the time we left I was very pleased with all the accommodations they provided and how understanding and patient they were with us.

This is the best place to go to. I have been going here since I was a teen. Now I take my kids here. Everyone is nice and friendly. My son and I have also gotten our braces done here as well. Took my 8-yr old daughter here for some dental work (fillings, crowns, extraction all in one visit!) and cannot say enough nice things about this team of amazing women! Staff is very patient, accommodates child's needs, my son is on the autism spectrum and has sensory processing disorder. They have quiet waiting rooms with a door if needed, which blocks of all noise and visual stimulation. They also have 2 waiting rooms. One on the left and one on the right (which is a kids room with small chairs and tv.The staff is really friendly when you walk in. They are very understanding. They are extremely patient and try to make it as comfortable as possible for the child. They don't rush during procedures even if the child is not cooperating. They try to calm them down first. Which impresses me how going into the patient room is not delayed. Always on time.This is the first dentist office I that I been too, who works on accommodating my special needs son.In my experience at Rising star pediatric dentistry. My son's dentist has prioritized my son's safety as well as working with him by creating a safe, happy, and fun environment for my special needs son to improve his dental treatment experience.In my experience here general anesthesia is not always the only choice for special needs. Depending on the procedure/dental treatment and safety. To make it more comfortable and safe.I really love Rising star pediatric dentistry they gone above and beyond to accommodate my special needs son by giving him a chance with other options when possible and helping him feel safe.All other dentist I have been to are not very familiar with special needs and have not worked toward improvement in dental treatment. However at Rising star pediatrics in my observation they are not about just getting the procedure done but also improvement and giving the child the best experience to improve dental care and dental care visit experiences for my son. I love this place. Everyone here goes above and beyond. I'm certain this place will continue to impress me. I don't normally write reviews but this place deserves more than 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We love Rising Stars! Dr. Arwa is so kind and patient. She explains to the kids the importance of what she is doing and is such a genuine and lovely person. She explains any needed procedures and always includes my opinion and answers all my questions. My kids have had annual checkups and needed baby teeth removal. The staff is very nice and great with kids. The communication is wonderful. We have been going for over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

AWESOME!!!! I love this place cause it has tv, ice cream, mini-recliners, a cool light sphere thingy, in the bathroom there’s a tiny toilet and there’s still more! To open the trash can you press a button to open it and a different one to close it! AND THERE’S STILL MORE! The final thing I will say is there are little prize machines. Even though I can only do five stars, I give this place 50 out of ten. Now some photos!
