Initial Pediatric Dentistry Exam
We follow the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and emphasize scheduling your child’s first dental visit by their 1st birthday. By starting early, your child will have the opportunity to experience our warm and inviting environment, building trust and putting them at ease for future visits. Our goal is to establish a dental home for your child as soon as possible, ensuring their dental health is taken care of from the start.
During the first visit, our activities will be tailored to your child’s age, anxiety levels, and any dental concerns they may have. At the very least, we aim to complete a comprehensive exam. We understand that some children may be apprehensive, and for them, we take extra care to help familiarize them with the dental setting.
We want to address any anxiety that both you and your child may have. Our experienced team knows how to explain treatments in a positive and pleasant manner, ensuring a comfortable experience and avoiding any negative associations with dentistry. Encouraging your child to openly discuss any fears or anxieties they may feel is important to us. We kindly request your support in avoiding words that could trigger fear, such as “drill” or “shot.”
Initial Orthodontic Consultation
While orthodontic treatment can begin at any age, the American Association of Orthodontists recommends that every child have an initial orthodontic evaluation at the first sign of orthodontic problems or no later than age 7. Facial balance, bite, and smile problems can be identified. If there are orthodontic problems, we offer a complimentary one-hour consultation that includes a panoramic X-ray and orthodontic photos.

Pricing will vary based on each individual case, however, our knowledgeable team is here to review all your options and answer any questions you may have.
For your convenience, we accept all dental insurance plans, we also accept all major forms of payment, including cash payments. If lengthy treatment is needed, special financing arrangements may be made. Our team is here to help your child achieve a shining smile at an affordable price!
